Dining Facilities: ASPC Kinsmith Coop Fountain

The Coop Fountain plays an essential role in the life of Pomona College, providing a gathering place for students, faculty, staff and all members of the college community.

Whether you come for a shake, burger, quesadilla, or just a bagel tomato melt, there's something for everyone. The fountain accepts cash as well as Claremont Cash, Board Plus and Coop dollars. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between, the Coop is open for the quick snack before class and the late night study break. Constantly trying to meet the diverse needs of the campus community, the Coop frequently features specials and new menu items.

However, the Coop Fountain is not just about food. There is a variety of video games, pinball machines, two pool tables and foosball. Game equipment is available for checkout, free of charge with a Pomona ID, in the Coop Store. Each semester a variety of tournaments sponsored by Campus Center and Intramurals are held in the Coop Fountain. Fun prizes are always at stake.

The Fountain also provides wonderful student employment opportunities. The Coop is run by students, and employees have the opportunity to develop management experience in a friendly and exciting atmosphere. The Coop Fountain is truly an integral part of the Pomona College experience and a cornerstone of the Smith Campus Center.
