Pomona College Forms
All Pomona students who are awarded Pomona scholarship must complete the scholarship data sheet, which is available for download as a writeable pdf. Students may complete this form electronically and return it to our office via email or print a hard copy and return it by surface mail.

The following non-filing statements are required for students and parents who will not or did not file a tax return for the specified tax year.

A note about financial assistance for housing between semesters.
Financial assistance is generally not available to students who wish to remain on campus when school is not in session - for example, during winter break or over the summer. Students seeking assistance for these expenses should contact the Financial Aid Office to see if loan assistance is available. Limited funding for exceptional circumstances may be available through the Dean of Students Office.
NOTE: Some families may be required to file additional forms: if you have special circumstances, will not be filing taxes, are appealing for additional aid, have extraordinary medical or dental expenses, have a sibling who will be concurrently enrolled in another undergraduate degree program, or have been notified by our office that you are selected for verification, you will be required to complete additional forms.
