CDO Services and Resources for Alumni
The Pomona College Career Development Office and Alumni Association provide a
wide variety of services to help alumni advance their careers. Our
resources deliver the optimum balance between personalized service and
innovative technology.
Sagehen Career Connection
The
Sagehen Career Connection is a searchable, online database comprised of Alumni
and Parent Career Advisors. This special group of alumni and parents have agreed
to share their contact information and career and graduate school histories on this database.
Career Resource Library
Updated annuallly with nearly 2000 books and publications,the Career Resource Library is now one of the largest and most current collections of career-related
materials in the nation. The Career Resource Library is a great place to research or just
browse!
Online Resources for Sagehens
The CDO's Online Resources for Sagehens offers several online resources just for Pomona students and alumni. These include the Career Access Resource Library, Sagehen Career Connection, and other online subscription services provided by the CDO.
Career Counseling and Advising
Graduated within the last five years? On a space-available basis, meet one-on-one
with a professional staff member at no cost to review career-related issues and
strategies. Graduated more than five years ago? The CDO has partnered with
distance career counseling specialists
Ready Minds, which offers a
variety of counseling options with national certified counselors.
Fellowship Listings
Information and advice on fellowships is available online or contact the CDO to talk with a career counselor.

24-hour access to nationwide full and part-time online listings that bring
employers and job seekers together. Whether your organization is searching
for employees or you are looking for a job, our Route 47 career information and recruiting system can help. Plus, access alumni-to-alumni job postings here as well!
Online Resume Referral
A convenient way to respond to positions advertised through our Route 47
listings. Apply directly for selected positions via e-mail with the click
of a button.
Career Fairs, Conferences and Special Events
Attend any of our events. Contact the CDO or visit our website for
dates, locations and descriptions. Career Fairs provide convenient
one-stop shopping for positions with Fortune 500 companies as well as small to
mid-size employers.

Technology Lab
