Private and Chaperoned Group Tours

This form is exclusively for organized high school groups, educational partnership organizations, youth groups or third party vendors wishing to bring a chaperoned group of students to visit Pomona College.

Please do NOT complete this form if you are an individual or family wishing to take a tour of Pomona; no pre-registration is necessary. For more information about daily campus tours, please see our Visiting the Campus page.

Due to the volume of requests that we receive, we can only accommodate tours of fewer than 35 people, and groups must include an appropriate number of chaperones or supervisory staff. Only high school aged groups please; we cannot accommodate middle school groups. Please submit all requests at least two weeks in advance; we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate late requests. Groups are also welcome to conduct a self-guided tour. Self-guided tour pamphlets are available in the Office of Admissions.

Please submit the form below if you are requesting to tour the campus between Monday, January 7, 2013 through Friday, May 3, 2013.

Private group tours are not offered on weekends during the spring semester or on the following dates:

• Friday, February 15 – Monday, February 18
• Friday, March 15 – Monday, March 25
• Friday, March 29 – Monday, April 1
• Friday, April 11 – Monday, April 15
• Friday, April 19 – Monday, April 22
