Welcome to the Office of the Registrar! 

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for student registration, academic record-keeping, course scheduling, classroom management, student privacy protection, and academic policy assistance. We support Pomona's teaching, learning and student development efforts by maintaining the high level of integrity set by the College's faculty through upholding academic policies and ensuring accuracy in the student information system.

This office complies with Pomona policies and higher education regulations and our office is guided by the ethical standards and policies of AACRAO (the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers). 

Current students, faculty, and staff have access to academic records through My.Pomona, our secure portal.

Our Newsletter - Registrar Chirps

We invite you to view our current and previous newsletters. We publish separate editions for faculty and staff twice per semester, and content varies with each edition.
