The Dean of Students Office can connect you with a peer tutor for a range of courses including, but not limited to:

•    Biology
•    Chemistry
•    Organic Chemistry
•    Economics
•    Mathematics
•    Physics

To get a tutor, follow these instructions:
1.    Log into My Pomona
2.    Click on CollegiateLink
3.    Click heading Organizations
4.    Either browse under "D" , or search for and click on Dean of Students Office at Pomona College
5.    Click Forms
6.    Click Get a Tutor

Once you submit the application, the Dean of Students Office will give you the contact information of a peer tutor. You'll work directly with the tutor to set up a time and location to meet. If you need further information please contact rita.shaw@pomona.edu or deanofstudents@pomona.edu .

Time Management and Study Skills

If you need advice on how to better manage your time or study more effectively, the Quantitative Skills Center director is available to meet with you. Please email Travis Brown at travis.brown@pomona.edu to set up a time to meet.

Writing

The Writing Center at Pomona provides students with a community of experienced readers and writers, offering free, one-on-one consultations at any stage of the writing process—from generating a thesis and structuring an argument to fine-tuning a draft.
