Craig Arteaga-Johnson '96, Director of Annual Giving
Craig directs the Pomona College Annual Fund, which seeks
to raise unrestricted funds from alumni, parents and friends of the College. His
responsibilities include overall management of the Annual Fund and serving as
liaison to the National Chair for Annual Giving, as well as coordinating
leadership giving and serving as liaison to the Torchbearers Board. Craig
received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona in 1996, majoring in studio
art, and joined the Office of Annual Giving in January 2002. To learn more about

Patience Boudreaux, Associate Director of Annual Giving
Patience manages young alumni giving and programming, including the 5th, 10th
and 15th reunion class gift campaigns, while representing the Office of Annual
Giving on the Alumni Association Board. Additionally, Patience serves as a liaison to the Torchbearers Board and coordinates the planning of regional Torchbearers events. Patience earned her BA in psychology
from The Johns Hopkins University in 2004 and joined Pomona in 2005. To learn

Jim Hofbauer, Associate Director of Annual Giving
Jim directs Star 47, Pomona's student calling program. He also manages the 40th, 55th,
60th and 65th reunion class gift campaigns and works with the Friends Fund. Jim
earned his BA in Secondary Education from Kent State University in 2005 and
joined the Office of Annual Giving in December 2007. To learn more about Star 47

Courtney Scott, Assistant Director of Annual Giving
Courtney manages general communications (including print,
mail and email). She also works with the Parents' Fund in conjunction with the Office of Parent Relations, as well as with members of the graduating class to
coordinate the Senior Class Gift. Courtney earned her BA in Public Relations
with minors in Accounting and Nonprofit Management from Pepperdine University in
April 2007 and joined the Office of Annual Giving in July 2007. To ask about

Liane Dirks Veenema, Assistant Director of Annual Giving
Liane coordinates reunion giving and manages the 20th, 25th, 30th,
35th, 45th and 50th reunion class gift campaigns. Liane earned her BA in Latin American Studies and Politics/International Relations from Scripps College in 2006
and joined the Office of Annual Giving in December 2008. If you would like

Jillian Fontaine '08, Data Specialist
Jillian's primary responsibilities include facilitating
the gift acknowledgement processes and pledge entry systems, management of
office databases and providing assistance to Office of Annual Giving staff.
Jillian earned her BA in History from Pomona College in May 2008 and joined the Office of Annual Giving in

Patricia Maine, Administrative Assistant
Patricia manages a broad range of activities for the
Office of Annual Giving, including processing mass-mail projects, hiring and
supervising student workers, managing program budgets and accounting paperwork,
maintaining contact and involvement records in the alumni database, managing
inventory and serving as the office liaison to internal and external audiences.
Patricia earned her BA in Liberal Studies with a minor in Women's Studies from
California State University, Fullerton in
